- Using the SkyVault Outlook Client The SkyVault Outlook Client is part of SkyVault Outlook Integration and allows you to use email and repository management without having to leave Microsoft Outlook. Features include the ability to directly archive emails into SkyVault, full search, tagging and workflow capabilities, and the ability to attach documents and view archived emails in your inbox.
- Using SkyVault Explorer Enterprise Content ManagementSkyVault Explorer Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is a web-based client that provides you with document management, collaboration, and administrative functionality.

- Using SkyVault outside of the SkyVault interface You can work with files in SkyVault without actually being in the SkyVault interface. You may not even know that you are working with SkyVault!
