Accounts

With SkyVault Mobile you can connect SkyVault to as many of your SkyVault server and cloud accounts as you want.

SkyVault Mobile is device-specific, so you can connect to different accounts using different devices.

Tap on the account name in the SkyVault menu to display options to switch to another account, manage you accounts, or switch networks.

Manage Accounts

Tap to Manage Accounts show your existing accounts.

  • Tap Add account to add a new account, see Set up multiple accounts
  • Tap Delete account to delete the account from this device
    Note: The SkyVault account is not permanently deleted – it is removed from your SkyVault Mobile app but still available through SkyVault 2.0 / SkyVault in the Cloud.

Switch networks

If you have SkyVault in the Cloud accounts on more than one company network you can tap the current account then tap Switch networks to select from other available networks.

Note: SkyVault networks are based on your email address, so if you have a me@alfresco.com email address and a me@examplecompany.com email address, and both networks are available on SkyVault, then you can switch between them.

Switch profiles

Your SkyVault administrator can set up customized profiles so that different users have different menus and access options. If your administrator has done this then you can switch between the profiles that are available to you.
