Installing Records Management

This section describes the procedure for installing Records Management with a new installation of SkyVault.
  1. Download and apply the Records Management AMP files to your existing SkyVault installation.

    Note: In SkyVault Records Management version 2.4 and later, there are four amps to install for installation. The core functionality is included in the community amps, and additional functionality is included in the enterprise amps.
  2. Restart the SkyVault server.
  3. Log in to SkyVault Share and create the Records Management site.
