Use this to update an existing member of a site.
Method
Using the HTTP PUT method:-
sites/<siteId>/members/<personId>

Response
- If siteId, personId, or role do not exist an HTTP Not Found (status 404) is returned with a Not Found.
- If the personId supplied is not a member of the site an HTTP Bad Request (status 400) is returned with an Bad Request.
- If the request is successful an HTTP OK is returned (status 200).
