The Download JMX Dump option in the Admin Console lets you generate a zip file that might be helpful for troubleshooting and supporting your system.
- Open the Admin Console.

In the Support Tools section, click Download JMX
Dump.
You see the Download JMX Dump page.

Click Export and then click OK.
This will export the system information (JMX dump) and then download the zip file to your local machine.
