- Searching for content You can use the search box on the toolbar to search for files, sites, and people.
- Using Smart Folders A Smart Folder is a way of grouping files from different locations in SkyVault Share into a single folder, so that you can quickly find similar files.
- Power usersSkyVault Share power users have additional options that aren't available to standard users.
- User roles and permissions A user's role determines what they can and cannot do in a site. Each role has a default set of permissions.
