Tap on a file in the files list to preview it.
As well as the preview, you’ll have some or all of the following actions available, depending on your permissions:
Note: On some devices you’ll need to tap Android options to see all the available options. If you’re using a phone then the properties and tags are also displayed with the file preview. On some devices you’ll need to use the back button to move between views.

OpenOpen in...: Choose a compatible app on your device to open a file in. When you've edited the file save it in the app you’re using for editing, and any changes will be applied to the file in SkyVault.

FavoriteFavorite: Mark a file as a favorite. You can quickly find favorites when you tap Favorites. Tap again to unfavorite.

LikeLike: Like or approve a file.

ShareShare attachment: Share the file as an attachment in another app, such as an email app. You can even share to another SkyVault account. If you're in a Cloud account or your SkyVault 2.0 Administrator has set the option, then you can choose whether to share as an attachment or as a clickable link.

DownloadDownload: Download a copy of the file for offline viewing. The file is available in SkyVault Local Files.

UploadUpdate: Upload a new version of the item from anywhere on your device. This will overwrite the current SkyVault version.

EditEdit: Change the file properties.

Create TaskStart review: Create a review task for the file. See Creating new tasks.

DeleteDelete: Delete the file from the SkyVault site.

You can tap or swipe to move between the tabs in the preview.

Properties: View the file properties and tags.

Versions: View the file version history.

Comments: View existing comments and add your own. When you have entered a comment tap Send.
