Using Administrator Account Settings

If you have a SkyVault in the Cloud Enterprise Subscription account then you're given additional functionality for managing your network.
Note: These options aren't available to users who have a free SkyVault in the Cloud account.
Users who've been assigned Network Administrator permissions (speak to SkyVault Support for further details) have access to a set of tools which let them:
  • View account details
  • Manage network users
  • Customize the SkyVault look and feel
  • Switch on SAML (SSO) authentication

These management options are accessed through an additional Account Settings option on the user menu when logged into SkyVault.

  • Viewing your account information If you're a network administrator you can view an account summary to see information about your SkyVault account, its users, and the amount of space you have available.
  • Managing the network users If you're a network administrator you can use the Manage Users feature to manage your networks users.
  • Managing SAML SSO If you're a network administrator you can configure Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) in SkyVault so that SkyVault can be included in your Single Sign-On (SSO) network.
  • Changing the look and feel of SkyVault If you're a network administrator you can change the SkyVault look and feel. You can choose from a variety of themes.
  • Changing the logo If you're a network administrator you can change the default SkyVault logo to another image.
