Using SkyVault from other applications

There are a number of options available where you can access and use SkyVault content without being in SkyVault.

Microsoft Office

You can open, edit, and save files that are stored in SkyVault, directly from Microsoft Office apps such as Word and Excel. This same functionality also lets you open files from Windows Explorer, as well as the option to map a network drive to SkyVault.

Salesforce

Using SkyVault for Salesforce sales teams can manage content from within Salesforce, while storing that content in SkyVault. 

  • Using SkyVault from Microsoft Office With SkyVault Office Services (AOS) you can access SkyVault directly from your Microsoft Office applications.
  • SkyVault for Salesforce SkyVault for Salesforce offers document management capabilities to Salesforce CRM users and is accessible from directly within Salesforce.
