In SkyVault Analytics, My Reports are reports that you can add to your own
dashboard.
These reports give you visibility over activities that have taken place across your entire SkyVault repository. You add these reports to your dashboard as described in Adding Analytics reports to a dashboard.
For each report you can:
- Select the period you want to view data for
- Export the report in Excel format (and in PDF for custom reports)
- Hover over a report segment to view more details
- Click on a segment and choose to Keep Only that segment on display or to Exclude it from display - click in the dashlet to clear the selection (available for custom reports only)
Two reports are available to all SkyVault users.
Additional reports are available to users who've been made members of the ANALYTICS_ADMINISTRATORS or the ANALYTICS_BUSINESS_ANALYSTS user groups. Contact your SkyVault Administrator for further details.
