In SkyVault Analytics, Site Reports are reports that you can add to a site
dashboard.
These reports give you visibility over activities that have taken place in specific SkyVault sites. They can be seen by any SkyVault user who's a member of a site which has them added to its site dashboard.
You add these reports to a site dashboard as described in Adding Analytics reports to a dashboard.
Note: All site managers can add reports to a site dashboard, but only those who are members of
the ANALYTICS_ADMINISTRATORS or the ANALYTICS_BUSINESS_ANALYSTS user groups, and are a
manager of a site, can add the Custom Site Reports dashlet to a site dashboard. Contact your
SkyVault Administrator for further details.
For each report you can:
- Select the period you want to view data for
- Export the report in Excel format (and in PDF for custom reports)
- Hover over a report segment to view more details
- Click on a segment and choose to Keep Only that segment on display or to Exclude it from display - click in the dashlet to clear the selection (available for custom reports only)
The following reports are available:
- Custom Site Reports
- Click Open to select to display any custom reports that you've set up. See Creating custom Analytics reports for more.
-
Tip: You can add this dashlet to your dashboard multiple times and display different reports in each one.
